One hour solution-focused session.
If you’re feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, or just want to try out coaching, commitment-free, to see what it’s like, this is for you. A single session can help you understand some ways burnout culture and personal root causes such as patterns of thoughts, behaviours and coping have contributed. Along with greater understanding, you will come away with increased nervous system literacy and one to three concrete strategies you can implement to increase resilience, self-regulation and/or increase self-compassion and personal agency.
Customized 1:1 sessions
Together we will work to identify the root causes of your burnout, understand the impact chronic stress has had on your nervous system, build awareness of patterns/triggers, and learn new coping strategies and habits. I draw upon your rational mind and internal wisdom in a present-focused, mind-body approach, incorporate behavioural science alongside deeply compassionate care that will make you feel seen and heard. In addition, I provide implementation support that supports you to create long-lasting change. Work with me in weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions or on a schedule that best supports you.
